  • Headspace or eheadspace – Professional online and phone mental health support services to young people aged 12–25 years old.  

  • Beyond Blue – information and support to help people achieve their best possible mental health.  

  • Kids Helpline – A free, private and confidential 24/7 phone and online counseling service for young people aged 5 to 25. 

  • Be You – The national mental health in education initiative delivered by Beyond Blue, in collaboration with Early Childhood Australia and headspace.  

  • Lifeline – Confidential Support across China (lifelinechina.org)  Lifeline is a volunteer-based non-profit organization that operates a helpline service for the English-speaking community across China.
