Our research and learning about AI in Education (AIEd) began in 2021, with the release of Kai-Fu Lee & Chen Qiufan's book AI 2041. This book, set in 2041, imagines (mostly optimistic) AI futures. The adult characters of these stories could be the children in our classrooms today, making for compelling reading and learning. Many of the predictions made in the book are becoming quickly real. See chapter summaries and resources here.
