During this phase of the inquiry cycle, are encouraged to further their inquiry by investigating areas of personal or shared interest. Students are engaged in guided inquiry or free inquiry with support. This phase is about releasing more responsibility to the students and supporting students to apply some of the skills they have been learning in the shared inquiry to a more personalized context.
