TED Talks can be embedded from YouTube and from the original TED.com site.
However, if you go to the original talk on the TED.com site, you will be able to access an interactive, translated (and checked) transcript. This is much more reliable than the closed caption option on YouTube.

3. Enable the Transcript.
4. Watch, Listen, Read, Navigate
