Project Goal: Create the conditions, approaches & actions to implement Strategy 2022+ focus “WAB Alumni will be champions of inclusion through diversity, equity, anti-racism, and social justice (IDEAS).”
Rationale: Strategy 2022+ generated the community-wide goal that “WAB Alumni will be champions of inclusion through diversity, equity, anti-racism and social justice”. Considering that a “mosaic of diversity” is one of WAB’s core values, reflecting upon global issues (around equity, social justice, and anti-racism), and to reach the project goal, WAB needed to explore where our school community is on this journey and to create the conditions for this work to thrive. Understanding that this is ongoing work, this project captures the first two years of our Strategy 2022+ I-DEAS journey.
