Project Goal: To develop and implement a ‘Profile of WAB Alumni’ that can be used as a portfolio and potential university application pathway.
Rationale: Student progress takes many forms, and teaching, learning, assessment and the needs of universities and future employers are shifting. The ‘Profile of WAB Alumni’ aims to create a holistic model of domains and competencies that reflect our Mission and Core Values, Strategy 2022+ outcomes, programme aims and objectives and to showcase our students’ holistic learning. Working in connection with the Mastery Transcript Consortium, we will learn from other leaders in the field of alternative assessment and portfolios, and develop a tool that can be used to connect our initiatives across the school with authentic demonstrations of student success.
