One Password for all WAB Systems:

by Kevin Crouch on 2022-09-15T11:31:00+08:00 | 0 Comments

One Password for all WAB Systems: WAB has made access to the systems you need as easy as ever.  Whether you are a returning family, or a new family, you may need a refresher on how to login to systems like PowerSchool, Schools Buddy, Vidigami,  and more.

The way access works for our parents is through a guest Microsoft Account.  WAB must invite you as a guest using the email address that you have registered with us in PowerSchool.  This email address is the one that you receive the WAB Weekly newsletter on and can be any kind of email provider, even gmail!  If you would like to change that email account, this can be done by sending a message to psadmin@wab.edu.

After you accept the invite and set up a Microsoft account, you will be able to log into the MyApps portal which has been customized for you based on the grade levels of your children.  All parents will find direct links to PowerSchool,  Parent Portal, Schools Buddy, Vidigami (WAB Photos), and Pick-A-Time (during Parent Teacher Conference time).   High School parents also have access to Maia Learning and Elementary School parents have access to Toddle.  When you click on the links, you will be able to login to those systems without a password.  Some of them such as WAB Photos will require you to link your account.

If you forget your password, you can initiate the "forgot password" process yourself from the Microsoft login box. You do not need to request help from WAB to reset your password.

Please see the full support page for setting up SSO if you are doing this for the first time.
If you have any issues while setting up SSO, you may use our WeChat support to get quick help.
