Mentors
Grade 10 Mentors support students, together with supervisors, but often more at a group level. Because they meet with students daily and have access to their Process Journal and planning, they are able to "take a pulse" of how the student is progressing and communicate if students fall behind or need more targeted support in terms of self-management or with their supervisor.

Approaches to Learning
As all teachers to, mentors have the opportunity to help students reflect on their holistic development across all approaches to learning skill areas and help students set personal targets both through their project and in other ways. Supervisors are, to a certain extent, ATL skills development coaches and focus heavily on supporting students in terms of Self-Management and Research skill areas.
