Templates to use in Developing Action Plans

There are many different formats that can be used to develop action plans. Below are three examples. Once success criteria are identified and broken down from big goals into mini goals, free Gantt Chart Software is easy to use, or an excel spread sheet formatted appropriately can be used. 

Breaking down Big goals into Mini-goals Template

The template below can be used to guide the breaking down of big goals into smaller steps. These can also be input to a Gantt Chart or similar timeline.

The following template can be used in developing plans, particularly at the exploratory phase.

Whatever format is used, it is key to address all success criteria with the action plan and timeline.
