The concept of identity serves as a useful frame to understand both entry into the project and potential impacts of the project on students as individuals and how they see their relationship with community and the world around them. Students use a variety of tools, including Frayer Model, SEEI, concept-connection approaches, enjoyment and aptitude trackers, and historical consideration of their own personal identity considering past, current, and possible future projections to tie the experience to their own self-identity.
