The WAB tech team are super lovely and ready to help. They have desks in ES, MS and HS - drop in and see them. You can submit tickets by sending a message to Assist in Teams as below or by sending a chat message to any IT support representative. The Halp app was renamed to 'Assist', but the process and app icon are the same.
